What is your return policy?
Items discounted 40% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
We want you to be completely delighted with your online purchase from www.kamik.com. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a full refund (minus applicable fees). Items must be unworn, with tags affixed and in original packaging.
We accept returns by mail, returns must be received within 30 days of order date to be eligible for a full refund (minus applicable fees).
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
How to return a product by mail?
Simply mail your unworn merchandise in its original packaging, with all hangtags attached. Please note, we do not currently offer exchanges.

On the Return Form, please indicate order number, the product, the reason code and the quantity of each item you wish to return.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be applied to the same credit card as the original purchase. Refunds include the amount you paid for the item(s) along with any sales tax which was charged at the time of purchase.
A 14.99$ restocking fee per pair will be deducted from your return value.
Please allow up to 14 business days for returns to be processed, once refund is issued allow 3-5 business days for refunds to post to payment account.
Shipping fees and sales tax on shipping cannot be reimbursed.

If you believe your Kamik footwear is defective, the best and fastest way to resolve the issue is to bring it back to the store you bought it from. If that isn’t possible, please reach out using the Contact Form.
Kamik.com purchase:
If you believe your Kamik footwear is defective, please submit a warranty claim.
*Please note: Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. In the event that your order is shipped in multiple packages, shipping fees will only be billed once.
