Final Sale Policy – Items Discounted 40% or More (Outlet Collection)

Items identified as part of our Outlet collection, or discounted at 40% or more, are considered final sale.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items, except in cases where the product is defective or does not conform to its description.
  • Applicable legal warranties (including the warranty of quality and conformity provided under consumer protection laws) continue to apply.
  • Any claim regarding a defect or damaged item must be submitted to our customer service team within [7/14] days of receipt, accompanied by supporting photos.

By purchasing an Outlet item or an item discounted at 40% or more, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.
