We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Product Manager, focusing on footwear. Your responsibilities

Product Management Support

• Assist the Product Manager in all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to commercialization;
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and product documentation for internal and external stakeholders;
• Manage product-related documentation, including product specifications, pricing information, and SKU lists;
• Provide administrative support to the Product Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights within the footwear industry;
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market reports to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and new initiatives;
• Assist in preparing market analysis reports and presentations to inform product strategy and decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution;
• Support the coordination of product launches, including developing marketing materials, coordinating inventory planning, and facilitating sales training;
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to facilitate communication and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, merchandising, or related roles, preferably in the footwear industry;
• Passion for footwear and a keen interest in market trends and consumer behavior;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
